Terms & Conditions

  1. A tourist is responsible for his own luggage. Loading and unloading is free.
  2. In case of breakdown an alternative arrangement will be provided or refund of fare will be made.
  3. Company is not be responsible for delay due to breakdown of vehicle, traffic jam or any other reasons beyond our control.
  4. In case of failure of Video, HVAC No refund will be made.
  5. Drinking and smoking is strictly prohibited in the bus. Any passenger creating nuisance or inconvenience to other co-tourist will be de-board from the bus and no refund will be made
  6. Carrying of prohibited /contraband/inflammable items are not allowed. In case any tourist found will be handed over to police.
  7. All disputes will be subject to Mohali jurisdiction only
